Committee for Justice
The Committee for Justice (CFJ) and Committee for Justice Foundation (CFJF) is composed of eminent leaders, former government officials, legal scholars, and practitioners based in Washington, DC united to defend and promote constitutionalist judicial nominees to the federal courts and educates the public on the importance of judges in American life. Honorable Spencer Abraham is Chairman of the Committee for Justice. The Committee for Justice exists to restore the judiciary to its proper role under the law and counter the partisan warfare that has arisen against constitutionalist judicial nominees. CFJ is a leading national voice on judicial issues, using television, radio, and print advertisements to inform the public about judicial confirmation controversies. In addition, the CFJF is an opinion leader for state and national media. CFJF is also an information clearinghouse, through its website and reports, and a communications hub for federal officials and state activists.
