(O)n Tuesday, the Black AIDS Institute released its third report on the state of AIDS In Black America. “We’re the ones we’ve been waiting for,” detailing the disease’s impact on African Americans and comparing the lack of national support with the response to Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.

“While we have come a long way dealing with this epidemic, we are no where near were we ought to be,” said Phill Wilson, executive director of the Institute. “The report includes charts on … ..clip them, post them, and carry them with you as a resource to get this startling report out to our community.”
